Glad you like it....I must admit that sometimes it even makes me well up with good stuff and the tears come...silly but true...my Almost a Son-in-Law shared it with me during one of my visits and when I got home I had to order the cd...which came with a dvd!!...I play the cd a lot...makes me happy. :)
Teri, thanks for the link...I posted it today...see you at the YWA gig? hug, hug
I enjoyed reading about your studio and your happy day. I also enjoyed "Reach for the Sun" (I saw the other video the last time I was here). It made me think of a Dan Fogleberg song. I can't remember the name, but it goes, "Watching the sun, Watching it come, Watching it come up over the rooftops." Then it goes on, "It's going to be a day. There is really no way to say no to the morning. It's going to be a day. There is really nothing left to say but hello morning." He's dead now, his mornings all gone.
Yours and his (songs) both bring a few tears. There is something so touching about happiness in the face of all the things that a person could be unhappy about.
Yes, happiness is a terrifically touching experience...a blessing really...and I often cry during happy times...just well up, can't speak, etc. I think I may become one of those weepy old crones....eck!... maybe I already am.
I know the song you're talking about...seems there was something about the mail in one of the verses...Yes, a sad passing...way too young.
