......one more day and I'll be ready

I do enjoy being part of Sierra Art Trails, but it's a lot of getting ready....

....but I'm almost there.......
the mess is less

This is another of the 'celebrate' figure...

I hope to get a better photo of Lakshmi above,
I really love her....of course I love them all...
although she is a Hindu goddess I made little prayer flags for her each with it's own mantra...
.one for abundance, one for peace, and bliss, bliss, bliss.....
She is wearing an om mani padme pendant, the symbol for compassion....and she is dressed in katas, scarves that indicate good intentions.

Must go fall in to bed now....
tomorrow will be another very busy day....

Oh how I wish I lived closer! The show sounds wonderful. Your dolls are lovely as usual. They beg to be touched!

Hi Julie! Hope your Sierra Trails is everything you dream of and more! I do not know the proper protocol, sometimes I just do it, but I was wondering if you would give your permission for me to put a link to your site on my blog? Thanks Julie. Blessings, love and light to you!

Kathy, I wish you were all closer...I'd love to meet my blog friends...and you're right on the touching...there are some figures that I have to put signs on saying, 'please no touching'...and what makes me giggle is when someone is looking to see what's under their skirts and I happen to see them...they look like little kids getting caught with their hand in the cookie jar...Sooo, some of the girls have little sayings written on their bodies...
Angela, thank you so much for visiting, I love having you visit. It makes me happy that you like my Spirit Figures.
Cindy, thank you for the good wishes...the trails is kind of a big deal around here...the biggest, most publicized art event. And it's lead up events are fun...artists get to meet each other...our area has more artist per capita than any other place in CA....and many of us participate. It is also a fund raiser for high school art scholarships.
And yes, I'd be delighted to have you link to me....
enjoy your weekend ladies...hug, hug

Sweet Julie I feel as though I have bee given a gift. A gift of your story. A gift of your love and a gift of the spirits using you as a vessel to help another woman be healed.

The dolls look beautiful. Chirstmas is quite pretty.

Love Renee xoxo

Renee,
Thank you so much for your comment...I was a bit afraid that my comment on your blog was so long you'd think I was highjacking it... :)
hug, hug,
you are the gift who set my story free...
